Once you open this page, there are ample forms and ways to contact us. We also have a "Suggestion Box" on most pages that you can utilize. SPC Multimedia Group™ welcomes any and all valid opinions or suggestions that come from businesses and consumer communities alike.
How Do I Update My Account Information With SPC Multimedia Group™? If you desire to make any changes or upgrades to your account information, go to our "Client Access" through the Client Area within our website and choose the Edit Company Information Option. Here you will be able to make changes to your account information, renew and/or upgrade your account or service plan.
What Payment Methods Are Available For Us To Secure Our Programs, Products And Services? We currently have three (3) methods of payment available for our clients to take advantage of:
• Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express);
• Electronic Wire / Bank Transfer; and
• Business Checks or Money Orders (No Personal Checks).
Why Does TSG World Consortium™ Appear On My Credit Card Statement? SPC Multimedia Group™ is a subsidiary of TSG World Consortium, Incorporated™ and all financial matters are transacted through our parent company. This is so there is a secure credit process in place and SPC Multimedia Group does not have to store your financial information within our website. Therefore, their name has to appear on your statement since they are the company responsible for securely processing your credit card.

Why Is It Important For Us To Have A Website And Put It On The Internet? Some of your best customers are looking for your products and services, but are unable to find you. How much flexibility do I have with site design? SPC Multimedia Group™ offers an essential website service plan which is very economical and has been formulated to secure your business an Essential Internet Presence. There are numerous service options and features which can be incorporated into your website over and above the inclusions to the plan. What Happens At The End Of Our One (1) Year Service Agreement? Your website service plan agreement will automatically renew unless you contact SPC Multimedia Group™ thirty (30) days prior to the termination date of the service plan. As a convenience, one of our firm's representatives will contact you 60 days prior to your service plan renewal date to see if you have any changes or upgrades that you would like to have performed to your plan or website.
How Long Does It Take Before My Website Is Up And Running? Your new website will take approximately two weeks to develop after your business data and other pertinent information is received by SPC Mutltimedia Group™. Your website will go live within 72 hours of final proof and approval by you.
How Do I Sign My Business Up For An Account? There are three ways to sign up. (1) If you would like to "Get Started Today", just click on this hotlink; (2) go to our menu under the support link; or (3), click the Get Started Today button at the top right of most pages. Simply fill out the SPC Multimedia Group™ Business Account Request form and click submit when finished. An account representative will contact you expeditiously.

Will My Site Show Up On Major Search Engines Like Google Or Yahoo? Yes, but it's unpredictable as to where you will be ranked. SPC Multimedia Group™ will do all we can to promote your website by using industry leading "key words and phrases" along with innovative and necessary search engine optimization to get your website ranked as high as possible on the major search engines. We also use the proper headings and tags that the major search engine "spiders" look for when ranking websites. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a guarantee of any kind. And no one else can either. If they make that type of guarantee, GET IT IN WRITING! You can, however, purchase your way up the ladder. But that is a whole different story.
Do I Receive E-Mail Accounts With My Website? Yes. Our essential service plan has Email addresses associated with it. To learn more about this service plan, "Click Here".
Can I Add Video To My Website? Yes you can. We have a couple of ways to get your company involved with video and social marketing. Just "Click Here" for our optional features page for further details and what is included.
What Forms Of Advertising Are Available Within SPCMultimedia.com©? We offer various types of advertising within our website. However, we will never sacrifice good form and informational content just for advertising revenue. For all of the advertising opportunities, click on the "Advertising Link" at the bottom of any of our pages.
How Do We Submit Our Advertising For Review? Go to our "Advertising Opportunities" page or contact a representative in our office for further details.
Why Was My Advertising Request Rejected? All advertising opportunities are governed by our "Advertising Guidelines". If you have received your request back marked "Rejected", it was because it did not meet our guidelines and rules and you will receive a full explanation within the cover letter.
Why Are All Of The Advertising Contracts Limited To A One (1) Year Term? The term is limited to one year because we want to be fair to all of our advertisers and equally fair to ourselves. First, since our advertising charges are paid for in full, annually, we feel this is easier for our customers. Second, with various fluctuations, advertising costs can change and we feel it is fair to guarantee your rates for a period of one year from the time of your contract. Having said this, we will contact each of our advertisers 60 days prior to the end of their contract period in order to renew their advertising campaign. If they decide to renew, they are given a 30 day period to pay in full. If payment is not received during this time frame, the advertising opportunity will become available to the next advertiser on our waiting list.
