During your initial website setup, your associate assistant will ask about your existing customer list.  Most of you have one in some type of database.  If you can supply us with an electronic database of your customer base, including all pertinent information required, we will be happy to import it into your new email database.

This way, all the necessary information will be there for any E-Casts, E-Greets, E-Newsletters and Client Notifications.  Also, we will, with your permission, send out an E-Cast, when your website goes to final post, to all your customers letting them know of your launch.  This is a wonderful way to activate your website instantly!

• For the Mini Site Package, we include up to 100 email contacts with your initial upload.
• For the Standard Site Package, we include up to 250 email contacts with your initial upload.
• For the Essential and Custom Site Packages, we include up to 500 email contacts for your initial upload.

If your company or organization has a database with more email contacts than is listed above, ask your associate assistant to get you a quotation on what it will be.  As your database grows and you need to add email contacts, we can handle that for you at anytime, for a nominal fee.  Ask your associate assistant for full details about this outstanding feature.
